Scope
- Consultation intake quiz and mortgage payment calculator
- Fee, tax, and closing-cost education for Italian purchases
- Consultant introduction workflow (marketing and intake only—not lending or advice)
- English-language UX for non-Italian speakers
- Featured property ranges and lead routing to independent consultants
Project work
- Defined platform boundaries: education and intake only, not a bank, broker, or eligibility decision
- Mapped user flow from education → quiz/calculator → consultation request
- Coordinated quiz logic, calculator requirements, and consultant handoff rules
