This Privacy Policy explains how KAAI TECH LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit korykaai.com ("the Site"). We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about our data practices.
2. Information We Collect
Automatically Collected
- Analytics data: We use Google Analytics and/or similar services to collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate geographic location.
- Server logs: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect IP addresses, request timestamps, and HTTP headers for security and performance purposes.
Voluntarily Provided
- Contact forms: If you contact us via email or any form on the Site, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, message content).
- Founders Build OS accounts: If you sign up for Founders Build OS, we process your name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan/subscription status, and profile settings via Firebase Authentication and our application database (Google Cloud Firestore).
- Startup project content: Information you enter into the guided builder (ideas, customer definitions, requirements, etc.) is stored to provide the Service, autosave, exports, and progress tracking.
- Admin accounts: If you sign in to a site admin area, we process your email address for authentication purposes via Firebase Authentication.
3. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Founders Build OS.
- To understand how visitors use the Site (analytics, when you consent).
- To authenticate users, provide subscriptions, send transactional email, and prevent abuse.
- To generate AI-assisted drafts and coaching when you request them in the builder.
- To respond to inquiries and provide support.
- To protect against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

We use the following third-party services that may process personal data:
- Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics — optional usage analytics (when enabled and consented) (Privacy Policy)
- Vercel — hosting and deployment (Privacy Policy)
- Google Firebase — authentication, database (Firestore), and optional analytics (Privacy Policy)
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (Privacy Policy). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
- OpenAI — AI-assisted drafting and coaching when you use in-app AI features. Relevant project field content may be sent to generate suggestions (Privacy Policy)
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email such as account verification (Privacy Policy)
6. Founders Build OS — retention and deletion
We retain account and project data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can delete your account anytime from Settings in the app — this permanently removes your profile, projects, and builder data. We process deletion within a reasonable period. Stripe may retain billing records (invoices, payment history) as required for tax and accounting. You can also email [email protected] for access or deletion requests. 7. Data Retention
We retain analytics data as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Contact information is retained until the inquiry is resolved or you request deletion.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your personal data.
- Request data portability.

10. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
