5. Developer Tools

Free developer tools provided on the Site (such as JSON formatters, Base64 encoders, etc.) are offered "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any data you input into these tools. Do not submit sensitive or confidential data.

10. Founders Build OS (SaaS)

Founders Build OS is a software service operated by KAAI TECH LLC at korykaai.com and related application URLs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older if required in your jurisdiction).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risk.

10.2 Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (e.g. Pro) are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until you cancel. Prices and features are described on our pricing page.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• Taxes may apply depending on your location. Stripe processes payment card data under its own terms.

10.3 Your content

You retain ownership of text and information you submit to the Service (e.g. startup plans, project fields). You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service — including generating exports and providing AI-assisted drafts you request.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or contains malware or secrets you are not authorized to share.

10.4 AI-assisted features

• The Service may use third-party AI models to suggest drafts and coaching notes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.
• AI output is not legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any output before relying on it.
• Do not submit highly sensitive personal data (e.g. government IDs, health records, payment card numbers) into builder fields or AI features.

10.5 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service or its APIs beyond normal use.
• Share account access or resell the Service without permission.
• Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware.
• Circumvent plan limits, billing, or access controls.

10.6 Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify features, plans, or availability with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
