Veterans and military families face scattered benefits information, missed deadlines, and no single place to prepare before applying through official channels.

Scope

• Short eligibility intake and personalized benefits overview
• Action checklist with deadlines, notes, and status tracking
• Secure document vault for DD214, COE, and key records
• Money Mission budget, debt, and financial readiness tools
• Disclaimers, trust messaging, and production launch

Project work

• Gathered requirements and mapped veteran user journeys from intake to next step
• Coordinated feature scope across benefits views, checklist logic, and document storage
• Defined workflow rules for likely vs. possible benefits and task generation
• Planned releases, QA checkpoints, and production support for a free veteran-facing product
• Documented compliance boundaries (education and organization only, not claims advice)
